You Snooze, You Lose

I know Interior Design is on his way to Germany, and we are all as far apart as we have ever been, but does anyone have a say on where we vacation? I don’t want this next trip to end up like Philly for myself personally, as the earlier we book tickets the more solidly committed / planned this trip will be. And if I learned anything from last Saturday night, it would be that snoozing leads to losing. Not to name names, but it would be nice to know what Philanthropy, Maritime Affairs, and a few others that haven’t commented directly, feel about the trip.

Earlier today i sent a mass text to everyone to reply NY or CHI. Many of the responses have come back… still waiting on several. I’ll post the name of each Minister along with the choice they made. I’ll do this before the day is through tomorrow.
If you’d like to state your case for either city, do so now, as we will have a destination established before the end of the day tomorrow. If you have changed your mind from what you have already texted me, please let me know so i can adjust your vote accordingly. Gracias.

I’m not sure whether I’ll be able to hack it with work yet, but for what it’s worth my vote is for Chicago mainly because I’ve never been to Chi-town and also because NYC is 3 hours from Hershey, so I spent way too much time there growin up. Granted, I’ll be there with all you guys, theres no novelty or draw to NYC for me.

This is a tough decision, I have been to both cities, but only for a couple of days, not really long enough to get a real feel for the city. Therefore, I would love the opportunity to get back to either. However, in my opinion, Chicago is a way more manageable city to see in the amount of time that we have, compare it maybe to San Fran and New York to LA. Chicago has a more compact feeling than New York from what i grasped, but again, I was only there for a couple of days for both. Those who have been to either and know more about them should comment and make a case for both. As of right now I’m slightly leaning towards Chicago, but could be swayed.
